Although each style and class has their own unique differences, all classes have one main goal: to help you, the student, progress to push your "personal best" to even higher levels – all within a fun & friendly environment!
Drop-ins are more than welcome, but it would definitely be a good idea to contact the teacher ahead of time to let them know if you’d like to come out to try a class, or if you haven’t been in awhile and would like to return to class. This is especially important on days of inclement weather.
The weather is important because we train outdoors – yes we’d love to have an indoor school, but unfortunately it’s financially not feasible yet. So – keep the outdoors in mind when selecting what work-out clothes you’re going to wear to class; sensible with the weather and seasons, but always relaxed and comfortable clothing.
