PATHS Atlanta has a plan and vision for bettering the current state of affairs of education through Martial and Physical Arts, as well as Traditional Health Systems. A supportive, interactive and education community is needed, and we’re building the framework to do just that.
Our Vision, Our Plan
- Establishing a broad curricula that can be tailored to the interests and abilities of virtually any individual, regardless of age, sex, race, or socioeconomic background. This curricula will provide a framework for guiding people to the appropriate health practices and educational opportunities within our network that will most benefit the individual’s immediate needs, as well as provide a clear path for future growth and development.

- Developing community involvement through programming suited to specific segments of the population, such as targeted, ongoing programs for school age children and the elderly, self defense for women, stress management for busy professionals, etc…
- Hosting and promoting public seminars and educational opportunities for the general population, and providing video and web based content, to increase their
knowledge of and interest in the health services offered and physical well being in general. - Providing a purpose-built, permanent structure for classes and educational seminars, research, and community based projects.
- Providing support, fair pay, and benefit opportunities to qualified non-commercial teachers of traditional arts while raising their exposure level and acceptance within the community as well as providing education and support to the teachers of the future.
- Engaging in public and private fundraising and networking with other non profit organizations to more efficiently achieve these goals.
