We’re proud to offer Gao style Ba Gua Zhang as one of our physical and martial training systems.
Gao Ba Gua is a complete martial system with a focus on upright striking, grappling, and throwing. Closely related to Xing Yi (the two systems were often learned together), Gao Ba Gua could be thought of as the "Bodyguard’s Art" as opposed to the more direct "Soldiers Art" of Xing Yi.
Although the Gao style of Bagua is our main focus, we do additionally offer instruction in the Chen Pan Ling variant.
Classes are offered in this traditional Chinese internal martial art in various locations around Atlanta, Georgia, and you’re welcome to join our community.
