其中 these are
心與意合 Harmony of Heart-mind and Intent
意與氣合 Harmony of Intent and Qi
氣與力合 Harmony of Qi and Strength (li)
謂之内三合 These are called Internal Three Harmonies;
手與足合 Harmony of Hands and Feet
肘與膝合 Harmony of Elbows and Knees
肩與胯合 Harmony of Shoulder and Kua
此為外三合 These are the External Three Harmonies.
