Another Northern Shaolin advancement

PATHS Atlanta sends congratulations to Jay, who recently passed his Northern Shaolin Kung Fu test earlier this month. Jay would later remark "…that was the hardest class yet!"

8 Treasures Qigong was followed by a full-on hardcore warm-up session. After a short break, Jay went on to test his five animals & their applications, Tan Tui & Lein Bo Kuen. After going through various applications of the 12 roads of Tan Tui, Jay did some conditioning exercises.

At the end of it all, Jay passed his test.
